GCG will often have board representation always keeping closely apprised of investee company progress. Where appropriate, Gardant provides introductions and access to relationships. ACQUISITIONS - Purchases a controlling interest in the company, bolstering existing management with additional resources or, more commonly, replacing management with GCG partners or affiliates. We look for opportunities where revenues are stable and substantial margin improvements are possible.
